Your registration form must be completed and submitted with your payment before the start of the first class. 

Payments are due prior to the first class. This is necessary to ensure that your child owns a spot in our program. Checks should be made payable to: Greg Kohler. Please include their class day and time on the memo line. i.e. Tuesday 5:30. If you are using Paypal or a credit card a $2 processing fee will be added to the cost of the transaction.

If your child needs to miss a class for any reason, no refund or credit will be given. If there is another class in the level your child is in that is not sold out, we would be happy to offer it to you as a make up for no additional fee.

 In the rare instance that we must cancel a scheduled class, every attempt will be made to give the participant a credit equal to the cost of that lesson toward registration for the next session.

There are no refunds for any reason. If it’s determined  after the  first class that  a  child  cannot successfully complete the session, a class credit can be requested. Such credit can be applied to a future session. 

• Please be on time for your child’s class.
• Please wait in the carpeted seating area for your child’s class to begin.
• No one is to enter the pool area before class begins.
• Eating and drinking is not permitted in the pool area.
• Children who are not toilet-­‐trained must use a disposable swim diaper.
• Diaper changing on the pool deck is prohibited.
• Persons with open cuts, sores, bandages, colds, coughs or infected eyes are not permitted in the pool. Every student must take a shower before entering the pool.
• IF YOUR CHILD IS TOO SICK TO GO TO SCHOOL, THEN HE/SHE IS TOO SICK TO ATTEND SWIM LESSONS! PLEASE KEEP A SICK CHILD HOME.
• Diving is not permitted at any time!
• Walk; don’t run on the pool deck.
• Animals are not allowed in the building, with exception of guide dogs.
• Spitting, spouting or nose-­‐blowing in the pool is strictly prohibited.

• Bathing suits must be worn to participate in swim lessons. No shorts, T-shirts, etc.
• Boy’s bathing suits must have liner.
• Underwear under bathing suits is not permitted.
• Swim diapers are required if your child wears diapers or is potty training.
